Because how you pay people is only half the story.

Compensation gets all the attention, but recognition is where most organizations fall short — leaving people well-paid but still feeling unseen. I help organizations build a total rewards approach that ties pay, recognition, and growth together into one coherent story: what you value, how you show it, and why it matters to your mission.

Total Rewards with Purpose

Because the right system should support your people — not the other way around.

Many organizations are stuck with HR systems that no longer fit how they operate — or they're choosing a new one without a clear sense of what they actually need. Having worked both as a solutions consultant guiding organizations through HRIS implementations and as a client living with the results, I understand what makes these systems succeed or fail in practice. I help organizations assess their current systems and processes, identify the right HRIS for where they are today and where they're headed, and guide selection and implementation — so growth doesn't outpace the infrastructure meant to support it.

Because some HR moments are too serious to leave to chance.

Many organizations have no idea who to call when a serious complaint, conflict, or investigation arises — and it's often the moment they most need someone senior, credible, and neutral. Over nearly 30 years, I've conducted hundreds of workplace investigations — including harassment, theft, and other complex conduct issues. I was formally approved by the EEOC to serve as Ombudsman for a client's harassment case, and delivered mandatory anti-harassment training in both English and Spanish.

I help organizations navigate complex, high-stakes people issues with the discretion, rigor, and cross-cultural fluency these moments require.
