Many organizations have no idea who to call when a serious complaint, conflict, or investigation arises — and it's often the moment they most need someone senior, credible, and neutral. Over nearly 30 years, I've conducted hundreds of workplace investigations — including harassment, theft, and other complex conduct issues. My credibility in this space includes being formally approved by the EEOC to serve as Ombudsman for a client organization, delivering mandatory anti-harassment training in both English and Spanish. I help organizations navigate complex, high-stakes people issues with the discretion, rigor, and cross-cultural fluency these moments require.
