I've spent nearly three decades helping organizations navigate the people side of business—from periods of growth and change to the everyday decisions that shape culture, trust, and performance.

Along the way, I've learned that the hardest people decisions are centered on:

  • How do we reward people fairly so they feel valued?

  • How do we balance business realities with the core values we want to uphold?

  • How do we create workplaces where people can do their best work?

Those are the questions that inspired me to create TUERI Advisory.
